    The Board was asked to provide study-session feedback on whether application adjustments would more closely meet applicable objective design standards. The ARB discussed the proposed 273-unit development, its eight requested waivers, adjacent-site impacts, onsite trash and loading arrangements, and opportunities for closer adherence to objective design standards.
