March 6, 2025 update on approval conditions and public-art review
Staff reported that, following legal advice, a previously contemplated ad hoc review could not be required for this housing project. The approval letter requires additional architectural review if public art substantially modifies the front facade. The applicant revised facade panel patterning, rear windows, and balcony railings before approval.
