A sustained initiative to make Ramona Street car-free.

February 12, 2025: Commission recommendation on permanent closures
The Commission recommended Council consideration of permanent closures, Comprehensive Plan street classifications, and allowed-use provisions. Staff identified future phased street improvements and outdoor-activation standards contingent on Council approval.
