  1. January 31, 2025 programming and partnership discussion

    Staff and commissioners discussed supplemental programming, merchant engagement, sponsorship packages, and possible use of additional sites. Staff said Cubberley programming was not planned because of limited bandwidth.

  2. November 21, 2024: Special-events staffing allocation approved

    The Commission approved $25,000 for special-events team staffing, including event setup and breakdown, street closures, accessibility ramps, security, and rentals. Staff reported more than 100 submissions and described the panel’s ranked recommendations for an anchor installation at Litton Plaza and four urban interventions. The 2025 festival is planned for October 16–18, with intervention locations still to be determined.
