November 21, 2024: Special-events staffing allocation approved
The Commission approved $25,000 for special-events team staffing, including event setup and breakdown, street closures, accessibility ramps, security, and rentals. Staff reported more than 100 submissions and described the panel’s ranked recommendations for an anchor installation at Litton Plaza and four urban interventions. The 2025 festival is planned for October 16–18, with intervention locations still to be determined.
