Distribution Cost Analysis
Analysis of whether flexible electrification technologies can reduce distribution-system investment needs or increase usable capacity for electrification.

- Distribution-cost analysis is being transitioned to E3; staff targets completion by the end of summer.
February 5, 2025 distribution-cost-analysis update
Staff reported that negotiations with the originally planned consultant did not result in an agreement and that E3 will perform the analysis. Commissioners requested a detailed scope and explanation of links to grid modernization.
