Consent-calendar approval authorized the on-call utility trench and substructure contract, with $3,000,000 in first-year reappropriation identified for the FTTP pilot and Foothills Rebuild.

Approximately four miles of line were completed in 2024. About 40,000 feet of overhead line has been deenergized after new underground facilities entered service. Staff obtained an easement for approximately 10,000 feet, plans to install substructure and cable during summer 2025, and plans to underground service through the meter, including low-voltage secondary facilities, by the end of 2025.
