August 12, 2026: Commission forwards Forest Commons to Architectural Review Board
The Commission provided initial feedback on design, daylight-plane and privacy impacts, trees, lot-line compliance, tenant protections, and the proposed off-site BMR approach, then voted 4-2 to forward the application to the Architectural Review Board.
