May 4, 2026: Wetland mitigation monitoring contract approved
Council approved a five-year contract for annual wetland mitigation monitoring, reporting, and improvements associated with the project.

Following evaluation of fall test plots, planting was planned to expand into additional wetland areas in the coming fall. A monitoring consultant was selected, subject to City Council approval of its contract on May 4.
