FY 2027 design proposal and scope feedback
Staff advanced the project to FY 2027 and proposed $400,000 for design within a $2,744,706 budget. Commissioners asked staff to consider lighting and dark-sky concerns as part of the project; staff stated that robust community outreach would occur and the project would return to the Commission for further input.
