  1. December 1, 2025 alternatives and rail committee update

    Staff reported strongest community support for Alternatives A, B, and H, with interest in J, and least support for D, E, and F. The rail committee favored Alternative A; detailed east-side routing and the treatment of the Alma Street crossing remained unresolved.
