January 29, 2025 Planning & Transportation Commission study-session feedback
The commission reviewed the draft plan and resolution, with most commissioners favoring a 2035 target over 2040. Feedback sought clearer KSI definitions, stronger reporting and monitoring, more action-oriented and Palo Alto-specific content, continued education, and explicit treatment of implementation tradeoffs.
