A rotating temporary mural initiative using a printed, lightweight mesh-banner installation on the parking garage facade.

April 16, 2026: Artist selection approved
The commission approved Phillip Hua as the project artist. Staff described planned community engagement during design development and monitoring of the first banner installation to inform future rotations.
