  1. August 26, 2026 study-session direction

    Commission discussed preserving existing objective development standards, citywide alignment of review procedures, historic-resource list consolidation, and community outreach. Staff stated that existing objective standards such as setbacks and heights are not planned to change; work focuses principally on making plan design guidelines objective where possible.
