Update of the storm drain master plan to reassess needs and prioritize potential future capital projects.

Staff said the existing plan was completed in 2015 and that an update is needed to inform planning for a possible future ballot measure. Consultant work is expected to be funded initially through the recurring storm-drain system repairs capital improvement program.
