Staff reported 2022 community emissions of about 410,000 metric tons of carbon-dioxide equivalent, 47.4% below 1990 levels. Staff described progress on electrification, EV charging, climate-adaptation, water, waste, and natural-environment actions, while noting substantially more emissions reductions are needed to meet the 80% by 2030 target.
