March 17, 2026 liaison update
The liaison reported that the JED Foundation needs-assessment and gap-analysis report is expected in June 2026; the psychiatric emergency response program has resumed after county staffing of its clinician position; and Council approved one year of 24/7 security at four rail crossings while it considers temporary closure of the Churchill Crossing.
